CrewLife is designed specifically for professional pilots and flight attendants. Use by other individuals is not intended.

Users must be 13 years or older. Parental consent may be required under certain jurisdictions.

• Self-reported home airport code
• Self-reported trip/overnight airport codes
• Self-reported duty schedule times

• Self-reported fitness data (e.g., workout time, weights logged, workout frequency)

B. Automatically Collected Data

Through analytics providers (Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude):

• Operating system
• In-app behavior
• Crash reports
• General usage statistics

We do not collect precise GPS location.

C. Sensitive Data

CrewLife collects certain wellness-related data only when you provide it:

• Sleep times
• Workout logs
• Workout duration
• Weights or reps logged

CrewLife does not collect:

CrewLife only shares data with:

These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality.

B. Friends You Approve

Friends you explicitly accept can see:

• Your overnight airport code only, not precise location

We do not share timestamps, GPS coordinates, or real-time tracking.

• Safety obligations

CrewLife never voluntarily shares data beyond what is legally necessary.

06Data Retention

Upon account deletion:

CrewLife immediately deletes all personal data, except where retention is required by law.

Apple and Google handle:

12How the Friends Feature Uses Your Data

The friends feature is strictly opt-in.

A friend can see your overnight location only when:

• You send a request and it is accepted, or
• You accept a friend request

Friends see airport codes only — never GPS location, hotel information, address, or timing.

You may remove friends at any time.

13Prohibited Uses of Your Data

You may NOT use CrewLife to:

• Track, stalk, or monitor crew members
• Make aviation safety decisions
• Determine duty-legality or rest requirements
• Operate the App while flying an aircraft
• Harass or threaten others
• Reverse engineer the App
• Collect competitor data
• Scrape or export user schedules, airport codes, or wellness data

Violations may result in account termination.

14Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For EU/EEA users, CrewLife processes data based on:

• Consent (user inputs, wellness data)
• Legitimate interest (analytics, security)
• Contractual necessity (App functionality)

15Third-Party Links

The App may link to external websites or content. CrewLife is not responsible for external privacy practices.
