Terms & Conditions

For purposes of these Terms (and Privacy Policy), “CrewLife,” “CrewLife: Better Overnights,” and the “App” all refer to the same mobile application and service owned and operated by CrewLife LLC.

CrewLife is owned and operated by CrewLife LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company.

02Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Be a professional pilot or flight attendant (self-reported; employment is not verified).
• Use by individuals outside these categories is not permitted.

If you are under the age of 18, you confirm you have obtained parental consent where required by applicable law.

03Global Access

CrewLife is offered globally. Users from the U.S., EU/EEA, UK, Canada, Australia, and all other regions may access the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

04Not Medical or Safety Advice

CrewLife provides wellness tools, fitness logging, sleep inputs, schedule organization, and general recommendations for lifestyle improvement.

CrewLife does NOT provide:

• Medical advice
• Mental-health advice
• Fitness prescriptions
• Fatigue management determinations
• Duty/scheduling legality guidance
• Safety-critical instructions for aviation

All information is for general informational purposes only. CrewLife is not responsible for any decisions you make regarding rest, fatigue, or operational duties.

You assume full responsibility for your actions while using CrewLife.

05Safety Restrictions

You agree NOT to use the App:

• While operating an aircraft
• As a substitute for regulatory guidance, company policy, or FAA/ICAO compliance
• For any safety-critical decision relating to flight operations, scheduling, fatigue, or rest requirements

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination.

06User Accounts

You must provide accurate information, including your name, email, phone number, and self-reported airport codes and schedule data.

You agree NOT to:

• Misrepresent your identity
• Create fake or multiple accounts
• Impersonate airline personnel
• Upload inappropriate profile photos

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

07Friends, Connections & Visibility

CrewLife includes optional social features.

• Users may see only the airport code where approved friends will overnight.
• No GPS location is collected or shared.
• Sharing requires user request + user acceptance.
• Users may hide or remove friends at any time.

You agree not to use CrewLife to:

• Stalk, harass, or track other users
• Obtain competitive intelligence
• Scrape or copy crew movement or schedule data

08User Content

Your “User Content” is limited to:

• Profile photo
• Basic profile information

CrewLife does not host public posts or messaging.

You grant CrewLife a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display your profile information solely within the App.

CrewLife may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

09Subscriptions & Payments

CrewLife offers paid CrewLife Subscriptions via:

• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Google Play Store (Android)

All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective policies. CrewLife does not provide independent refunds.

Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically
• Are billed monthly or annually
• May include free trials

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings.

10Intellectual Property

The App, design elements, brand (“CrewLife”), code, features, and all related intellectual property are owned by CrewLife LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
• Scrape data, extract metadata, or analyze the App for competitive purposes
• Use CrewLife trademarks without written permission

11Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App to stalk, harass, or track crew members
• Use CrewLife while operating an aircraft
• Use the App to make safety-critical decisions
• Upload inappropriate or offensive profile photos
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent personal data
• Scrape, export, or copy any data from CrewLife
• Interfere with App functionality or security

Violation may result in termination.

12Data Deletion & Retention

Upon requesting account deletion:

All personal data is deleted immediately, except where retention is required by law.

13Third-Party Services

CrewLife uses third-party services including:

• Google (analytics)
• Firebase
• Amplitude

These are used strictly for analytics and operational needs.

14Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Safety or legal concerns
• Improper use of the App

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

15Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

CrewLife disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy of recommendations
• Error-free operation
• Reliability of displayed times or schedule data

You use the App at your own risk.

16Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CrewLife’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the preceding 12 months.

CrewLife is NOT liable for:

• Scheduling mistakes
• Fatigue outcomes
• Aviation safety issues
• Injury, health incidents, or operational delays
• Lost profits or data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; where prohibited, limitations apply to the fullest extent allowed.

17Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of CrewLife shall be resolved through binding arbitration exclusively in Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

You waive any right to participate in class actions or group litigation.

18Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

19Changes to These Terms

CrewLife may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting within the App or on crewlifeapp.com.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
